The african american man in there scoffs at you and then you get the feeling that he and all the girls talk bad about you while you're in the store and after you leave. Every time I go in they just socialize and are completely useless. No help whatsoever. Please hire new staff. I love Michael Kors but avoid this store because of the lack of customer service.
